I’m Sarah Toole- Helping people buy and sell homes is more than just a job for me, it’s my passion. Born and raised in Sussex, I know our community inside and out, and I love helping families, first-time buyers, and entrepreneurs find the right home or business space to grow and thrive. Before becoming a New Brunswick REALTOR®, I spent 17 years in the dealership industry, where I honed my dedication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to exceptional service, all of which I bring to every real estate transaction.

As a prior business owner and entrepreneur myself – starting my first business at just 10 years old – I know the hard work it takes to build something meaningful. I’m especially passionate about helping small business owners and families navigate the real estate market in New Brunswick. Helena McDermott, our team lead and NB REALTOR ®, was born and raised in Sussex, New Brunswick.  Helena comes from a background with many years in business and client relations.  Her passion for real estate began over the 6 years ago.  Her years of customer service means she works to exceed her clients’ expectations and guide them every step of the way.  Over her career Helena has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals.  As a top NB REALTOR ®, she has received the KW Platinum award for being one of KW’s top performing agents, finishing in the top 5 of Keller Williams agents across Canada for both 2020 and 2021, and KW Platinum group award for 2022.

In 2022 Helena expanded her real estate business and formed the team now known as Evolve Real Estate Team.  She brings her passion for client service and community initiatives to recruit and inspire new agents to excel in their careers and communities.  Since 2022 Helena leads a team that has grown to include 4 additional agents and 3 administrative staff including an office coordinator, marketing coordinator, and social media manager.  With a well-rounded team servicing areas across the province,  Helena has ensured that the team can provide the help you need to reach your real estate goals.

A proud New Brunswicker and Sussex resident, Helena is active in her community.  Serving as the president for the Sussex Health Centre Foundation, member of the Sussex and Area Health Action Group, and Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council for the province she is always finding ways to give back.  She encourages her team to give back as well, taking part in food and donation drives and volunteering their time with groups around their community.
